Hey I was served by Mia on the online chat she was so amazing and fast and was so quick to answer my message and had my issue resolved within a few minutes!

There was a slight miscommunication with my exchange request where I was only exchanged the bras and not the full set. I messaged them and was assisted by Constance. She was super helpful, responded quickly and resolved the issue promptly. I’m very happy with their customer service. Thanks Constance!

Shopping with Lounge has been the most amazing experience I have ever had. When my package did not arrive, I emailed their customer services. Off the bat, they were so kind and ready to help. In particular Katie Thurlow and Mia Star, my two correspondents, were extremely helpful always having a reply within a short amount of time. They gave me plenty of options regarding my missing package and were very apologetic which was so nice to see. I wish every online store had this level of service. I would definitely recommend everyone to shop at Lounge as the people behind the screens have shown that they truely do care about the customers experience.

I made an order from lounge and unfortunately sth went wrong. Although Frida and the lounge team was there to help me to track my package but because it was difficult to find a solution they make a new order for me without paying again of course. They are very helpful and kind.

I havnt received my items just yet but I do want to say I asked to change my delivery address the day after I placed my order and a lovely girl named Alex replied so promptly and also managed to change my address, too. The underwear is very comfortable and lovely material .
The clothes are comfy and very good quilts .
I’m absolutely in love with lounge wear things and it’s very wear I switch up my underwear so it was nice to see I found a set that I absolutely adore and not just one but two !!

I havent seen much said about the sizing of the apparel, the underwear is great and definitely true to size. The apparel items that i have tried are definitely on the smaller side, I'd love to see them actually do a plus size or bigger bust option. An XL doesn't fit for top or bottoms and I am a comfortable size 14, 18 on top due to bust size.
Delivery was very very slow, still haven't recieved my parcel and its been 2 weeks now. Apparently it was dispatched 3 days ago using 48 hour delivery, however the bank holiday has pushed that back to Tuesday even though there are 2 full working days in between. Not an issue, but I'll be returning as soon as recieved as they won't fit (sisters order arrived today).
Customer service is good, chat option online is great.
